Klingmann, founder of Klingmann Architects & Brand Association joins Property Inv. and Dev. conference, Oct. 16-18
Anna Klingmann, Ph.D., founder and principal of Klingmann Architects & Brand Consultants, has been invited to lead a panel and present a talk on "Brandism - The Holistic Approach to Maximizing the Value of Real Estate Assets" at CityScape Dubai, the annual international property investment and development conference held at the Dubai International Exhibition Center.
During the three-day conference, 60 speakers, participating in 22 seminars, will address a wide range of issues affecting the marketplace, covering such topics as Global Powerhouses, Global Travel and Tourism Landscape, 360 Degree Industry Overview, Diversifying Risk Returns and the Impact of REIT Emergence on Global Investing.
In addition to the seminars at the conference will be exhibitors from around the world and an awards ceremony at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Dubai, co-sponsored by CityScape and The Architectural Review. Tours of two major Dubai developments, The World and Burj Dubai, are also being provided to conference attendees.
Klingmann's panel will address such topics as "Imaginative Brand Environments" and "Brand Architecture as a Multi-dimensional Communication Process."
During the seminar, she will be joined by Charles Trevail, founder and director of Promise Corporation, UK, who will discuss "New Marketing Thinking."
Anna Klingmann's new book, "Brandscapes: Architecture in the Experience Economy" (The MIT Press), will be released September 2007.
