Klein and Wong of KDA represent owner and tenant in 17,500 s/f lease

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 17,500 s/f lease for Design Kitchen and Stone at the Bay Boiler Building located at 111 58th St. KDA brokers Bob Klein and Linda Wong represented the owner and the tenant respectively. The Bay Boiler Building sits on a corner at 58th St. and 1st Ave. at the Bay Ridge-Sunset Park border, and boasts a 12,000 s/f mezzanine, 50' ceilings and a large overhead crane ideally suited for marble and stone manufacturing and distribution.
