Kintzer of Royal Properties brokers sale
of 16,400 s/f Tesla building

Mount Kisco, NY Royal Properties, Inc. brokered the sale of the Tesla Store & Service Center located at 115 Kisco Ave.

The 16,400 s/f property is fully occupied by Telsa under a long-term net lease and sits on 0.92 acres. The site is situated along Kisco Ave., which sees 12,638 cars per day, and benefits from its suburban location and visibility along this trafficked corridor. Various regional and national tenants surround the asset including BMW, Lexus, Jaguar/Land Rover, Chevrolet, Target, HomeGoods, Staples, Athleta, Pure Barre, Starbucks, Petco, Wells Fargo, Kohl’s, ShopRite, Burger King, Chipotle, Northern Westchester Hospital, and more.

“We considered many sites to purchase but this property, along with this tenant, made for an easy decision. Our client saw the opportunity for what it is, a freestanding building in a prime market with long-term stable cash flow from a high credit tenant,” said Jeff Kintzer, principal of Royal Properties, Inc., who negotiated the sale on behalf of the buyer. Dominic Sulo of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in this transaction.
