Kennedy of Largo arranges $1.3m mtge. for two-story bldg.

Christopher Kennedy, account executive for the Largo Group of Companies, arranged a permanent first mortgage in the amount of $1.3 million to refinance the existing debt on a two-story flex building located on 11 Round Lake Rd. The property is 100% occupied with VMJR Companies, Living Resources, Coretech Engi­neering and Caltest Corp as its tenants. The loan structure consisted of a 10-year fixed rate with a 25-year amortization schedule. The borrower is involved in numerous local organiza­tions and has dedicated much of his time to promoting economic development in the Capital Region.
