Kaplan of Hidrock leases 3,200 s/f to J. Zamzok & Assocs. at 35 W. 36th St.

J. Zamzok & Associates, an insurance brokerage firm in the property, casualty, life and health sectors, has leased 3,200 s/f on the 11th floor of Hidrock Realty's 35 West 36th St., according to Abraham Hidary, president of Hidrock. The firm, which has been in business for 100 years, is relocating from 386 Park Ave. South. The lease is for a term of ten years. Hidrock Realty will build out the space. Robert Kaplan of Hidrock represented the landlord. Peter Goldich of Atco Property Services Corp. represented the tenant. Hidrock Realty is a 25 year old private real estate firm with properties throughout the east coast. The firm provides fully integrated real estate services.
