Kanney joins the Deegan~Sanglyn team

David Kanney has joined Deegan~Sanglyn Commercial Real Estate & Property Management. He is an experienced real estate investor and developer. After spending 10 years accumulating properties for his own portfolio he began to share his expertise with others. His experience spans both residential and commercial properties as well as land development. In 2007 he earned his real estate salesperson license to offer brokerage services to his clients. Joseph Deegan, CCIM, owner of Deegan~Sanglyn said, "David is also pursuing his CCIM Designation having already completed 101-Financial Analysis of Commercial Real Estate. He has registered for additional coursework. Dave is a credit to our organization and the industry as a whole."
