Kalmon Dolgan Affiliates arranges 2,000 s/f for Buy It Here Now

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates (KDA) has arranged a 2,000 s/f lease expansion for Buy It Here Now, a retail store offering apparel, footwear and electronics, at 4916 Ave. K in the Flatlands section, according to Kalmon Dolgin and Neil Dolgin, co-presidents. Jeffrey Unger of KDA arranged the lease on behalf of the owner, 4916-4924 Ave K Realty, and the tenant, Buy It Here Now. The tenant is expanding to 4916 Ave. K from its former location, where they occupied 500 s/f. Buy It Here Now joins several existing retail tenants at the Ave. K shopping strip, including Dunkin' Donuts, a Chinese restaurant, health food store, P.M. Medical P.C., and a Hair Stylist. All tenants benefit from high exposure and strong foot traffic. The one-story, 11,000 s/f property between Ave. K and Flatlands Ave. offers access to the Belt Parkway and Flatbush Ave., and the B46, B82 and BM1 bus routes. KDA offers over a century's worth of experience in the management, sale, leasing and marketing of commercial and industrial property throughout the New York Metropolitan region.
