Renovated in 2012, the property features three interconnected office buildings connected by a five-story glass rotunda lobby with amenities including a fitness center, cafeteria, conference center with boardroom and an outdoor tenant courtyard. International Corporate Center at Rye is 98% leased to tenants in the financial service, private equity, law and consumer product sectors.
