Judelsohn of Pyramid reps. seller in $1.12m sale of Nova Block Building

According to Pyramid Brokerage Company-Buffalo, a Cushman & Wakefield alliance member, the $1.12 million sale of the Nova Block Building has been completed. The property is located at 180 Oak St., on the northwest corner of Broadway. The 23,000 s/f, three-story structure was sold to Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled. Arthur Judelsohn of Pyramid represented the seller and the Waterbourne Group represented the buyer. With more than 30 years experience, nine offices and over 100 agents, Pyramid Brokerage is one of upstate New York's largest full service commercial real estate providers.
