Broad Elm Management to add 110,000 s/f, multi-tenanted building in Tonawanda's Riverview Commerce Park
Broad Elm Management Inc. and Erie County Industrial Development Agency are working together on an incentive package that will help with the financing of a 110,000 s/f, multi-tenant building in the 106-acre Riverview Commerce Park.
A Dec. 5 public hearing on incentives has been scheduled by the agency for the proposed $5.1 million project.
This proposed building would be the second building to be built in the park. The first building is a 56,000 s/f building that is 85% leased with tenants as such Sherex Industries and MetalMart Inc.
The project is slated for completion at the end of 2008.
