JLL's Konsker, Astrachan and Polhemus lease 6,228 s/f
NPD Group, has signed a new lease at 31 Penn Plaza, occupying 6,228 rentable s/f on a portion of the 4th floor for a seven-year term. Mitch Konsker, Matthew Astrachan and Matt Polhemus of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Savanna, while Adam McCostlin and Dirk Hrobsky of DTZ represented the tenant.
