Itzhaki Properties (IPR B&H, Inc.) arranged the sale of 1664 Woodbine St. The three story multi-family building, consisting of six three-bedroom apartments, sold for $855,000. The brokers on this deal were Baruch Edelkopf, Mike Rybinskov, and Itzhaki Properties' Managing Partner-CEO, Yona Edelkopf.
