Middle Island, NY Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates Real Estate Inc., as landlord representatives, negotiated the 1,500 s/f long-term lease extension of Digital Nail & Spa at Strathmore Commons at 1245 Middle Country Rd.

The nail salon has been operating for over 15 years at this location.

Strathmore Commons is a 140,000 s/f center with a newly opened Meat Farms Supermarket, NYU Grossman, McDonalds, Golds Gym, Dollar Tree, All Island Pets, and a variety of other tenants.
