“We are thrilled to add Angie’s, Paris Baguette and Nothing Bundt Cakes to the already strong food lineup at Gilbert Gateway,” said Irgang Group CEO Mark Irgang. “That offering will soon be strengthened when we announce a lease for the 8,000 s/f former Tasteful Tailgaters restaurant building, with multiple operators submitting LOIs (letters of intent) for the space.”
Avison Young principal Milinovich added that LOIs have also been received from two “strong national retail brands” for a 10,700 s/f space previously occupied by home furnishings tenant Ivy & Sage. Upon completion of the latter two deals, the property will be 100% leased.
