Island Associates leases 1,389 s/f at 490 Wheeler Road, Hauppauge
Island Associates leased 1,389 s/f of office space located at 490 Wheeler Rd. to a law firm for a long-term lease. The firm joins 20 tenants at the office building, and the aggregate rental is over $330,000. This lease is in addition to the 1,470 s/f that the law firm already occupies at the building.
