Johnny Rockets has opened a new 3,010 s/f location, with 89 seats, formerly housing a Friendly's Restaurant, is located in the Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc.-owned The Shoppes@Eastchester strip mall.
Opened on June 1 under a ten-year lease agreement with two to five-year options, the Johnny Rockets at 777 White Plains Rd. is owned and operated by Montag Rockets, a mixed entertainment and hospitality franchise group that also owns the brand's Mt. Kisco location.
Gerry Houlihan, a broker at Houlihan & O'Malley Real Estate Services, specializing in food service and commercial transactions, represented Montag Rockets.
