Herko, Lorenzo and Scotto of NAI Friedland Realty arrange three Yonkers retail leases for Metro PCS totaling of 3,300 s/f
Three members of NAI Friedland Realty's Retail Division, Robin Herko, Steve Lorenzo, and David Scotto, completed three lease deals in the area on behalf of Metro PCS, a new cell phone provider entering the local market. The three leases total 3,300 s/f.
Metro PCS signed five-year leases for 2,000 s/f at 13 Main St., 800 s/f at 798-800 Yonkers Ave., and 500 s/f at
645 McLean Ave. Herko, Lorenzo, and Scotto represented both the landlord and the tenant.
"Metro PCS came to Friedland because of our knowledge of the Yonkers commercial real estate market," said Scotto.
"Working against a February 1 move-in deadline, we were able to quickly identify suitable properties across Yonkers and negotiate efficiently to complete each deal in less than a week."
"NAI Friedland is proud of its Yonkers roots. Our in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market enables us to bring tremendous value to each of our deals," said Stephen Oder, CEO of NAI Friedland Realty.
Herko, Lorenzo, and Scotto also represent the landlord at 798-800 Yonkers Ave. for the leasing of an additional 2,000 s/f of retail space. The Main St. property offers two additional 2,000 s/f floors, as well as a five-floor, 20,000 s/f building that fronts Mill St. "In downtown Yonkers, we have space available ranging from 1,000 to 15,000 s/f for retailers looking to participate in the vibrant Downtown Yonkers renewal," said Herko, executive VP.
