Andrea Bucci, the east region sales manager of Hemisphere Holdings Corp., brokered the $1.63 million sale of a four-building Syracuse University apartment portfolio.
The portfolio consists of 19-units with 39 beds located at: 826-828 Ackerman Ave., 423 Euclid Ave., 607 Walnut Ave. and 519 Walnut Ave. The deal was financed by Pathfinder Bank. The seller was GH Holdings and the buyer is undisclosed.
