Hemisphere Holdings Corp. brokers $1.3m sale for Rivermist Apartments
The 34-unit Rivermist Apartments located at 55-57 Stevenson St. was sold for $1.3 million.
KLA Property Management, LLC was the seller. EZ Properties, LLC was the buyer. Financing was provided by Tompkins Trust & Glens Falls Bank.
Hemisphere Holdings Corp. is a commercial real estate firm specializing in the brokerage of multifamily properties and mobile home parks.
