Heaner, Horowitz and Greenspan of The Kaufman Org. lease 13,300 s/f

The Kaufman Organization, which specializes in leasing and managing premier office space in New York City, recently brokered three deals totaling 13,300 s/f of full-floor showroom and office space at the Fashion Tower, located at 499 Seventh Ave. The asking price for all three transactions was $45 per-s/f. HG Resources Inc., signed a five-year lease for 3,700 s/f of showroom and office space. The company was previously located at 525 Seventh Ave. Michael Heaner of the Kaufman Organization represented the landlord while Marc Horowitz of the Kaufman Organization represented the tenant. J. Song International, a five-year tenant, signed a five-year renewal lease for 4,800 s/f. Michael Heaner and Grant Greenspan of the Kaufman Org. represented both the landlord and the tenant. Thistle and Bee, a producer and purveyor of fine heirloom quality sterling silver for leading jewelry companies including Tiffany and Co., signed a five-year renewal lease for 4,800 s/f of showroom and office space. The company relocated from 17th floor North to 4th floor South to expand from the previous 3,300 s/f. Michael Heaner and Grant Greenspan of the Kaufman Org. represented the landlord and tenant. "We always strive to acquire great tenants and make sure they stay once they're here," said Michael Heaner of the Kaufman Org.. "In order to ensure that, we do our best to accommodate their growth while maintaining relationships."
