Kristina Hamlin of Ideal Properties Group LLC has completed two leases totaling 1,400 s/f. She represented the tenants and landlords in the following: * The lease of a 1,000 s/f storefront at 87 Fifth Ave. The space was leased by the attorney general Sean Coffey campaign office for two-months. * The lease a 400 s/f office space at 641President St. to Diabetic Life Counseling for a two-year term.
