Halpern of CresaPartners promoted vice president

CresaPartners has promoted Justin Halpern to vice president in its New York office. "Justin is a motivated, dedicated and hard-working professional whose talents and insights have helped him grow enormously since joining the firm four years ago," said Marcus Rayner, managing principal of CresaPartners. "We expect to see great accomplishments from him in the coming years." Halpern specializes in comprehensive real estate strategies, including financial analysis, lease negotiation, acquisitions, dispositions and market research, and assists local and national clients with their specific office space needs. He works with clients in a wide variety of industries, such as financial services, technology, media, legal, associations, and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining CresaPartners in 2007, Mr. Halpern was a sales associate at Aetna Inc. He graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
