Hakimian of HPNY closes on 4 buildings totaling $5.96 million

Ivan Hakimian's firm HPNY closed on a package of 4 building's on 2nd Avenue between 103rd & 104th Sts. The package consisted of 2024-2028 and 2036 2nd Ave. A total of 25 apartments, and 7 stores closed for $5.96 million. The buildings total 25,000 s/f with an additional 20,000 s/f of air rights. Hakimian represented the seller, 2024 Realty LLC and the buyer, 2036 2nd Avenue LLC.
