Guttman and Jungreis of Rosewood sell 13,179 s/f building for $2.3 million
Rosewood Realty Group has sold 83-05 34th Ave. in Jackson Heights, a four-story walk-up apartment building consisting of 16 apartments for $2.3 million. The 13,179 s/f building that was built in 1928, sold for 10 times the rent roll.
Michael Guttman of Rosewood Realty Group represented the seller, 83-05 34th Ave. LLC, and the buyer, PD34 LLC, who was also represented by Aaron Jungreis of Rosewood Realty Group.
