Greiner-Maltz hires Margaronis as associate

According to Greiner-Maltz, George Margaronis has joined the firm as an associate broker specializing in sales and leasing for the Brooklyn and Queens commercial and industrial real estate markets. Having worked in the real estate industry for the past 8 years, Margaronis will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Greiner-Maltz. Throughout his career, Margaronis has brokered deals with clients such as Amalgamated Bank, MAB Paints, H&B Elevator and Midtown Express.
