According to Dreier LLP, Linda Grant Williams has joined the firm as a partner in the corporate & securities department. Prior to joining the firm, Grant Williams was of counsel to Greenberg Traurig LLP in New York, and was previously a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
Grant Williams will continue her practice in representing banks, pension funds and other capital providers in the construction and permanent financing of hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial complexes, multifamily projects, cogeneration and other energy projects.
Grant Williams received a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Arizona and a J.D. from Loyola Law School. She is a member of the Bar in N.Y. and Calif. and was recently appointed to the Association of the Bar of the City of N.Y. Structured Finance Committee.
