Gosin of NKF addresses YM/WREA on January 13th

Barry Gosin, CEO Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), addressed a packed crowd comprised of members and guests of the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association (YM/WREA) at the organization's first luncheon of the year on January 13th. Gosin reminisced about how he began his career in the real estate industry extolling the virtues of hard work. He emphasized the importance of applying the hard work ethic now, in this current real estate market, predicting that it might take as long as eighteen months before the market plateaus.
