Gorjian of Namdar Realty Group acquires 265,000 s/f shopping center portfolio

ohio Namdar Realty Group has acquired a portfolio of shopping centers, totaling 265,000 s/f throughout Ohio and Indiana. The portfolio includes multiple Save A Lot's and Family Dollar's, along with Value City Furniture, Big Lots and Taco Bell. "The acquisition of this portfolio marks our 16th purchase this year and we're showing no signs of slowing down," said Joel Gorjian, who led Namdar on the transaction. Namdar Realty Group focuses on opportunistic deals throughout the Mid-West and along the East Coast.
