Goldschmidt & Associates acts as sole broker for leases at Two Overhill Road in Scarsdale totaling 2,850 s/f

Scarsdale, NY According to Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner at Goldschmidt & Associates, (G&A), the firm was the sole broker on two office spaces at Two Overhill Rd., totaling 2,850 s/f.

Scarsdale Integrative Medicine expanded its medical practice into 2,350 s/f. Its lease also was extended for 10 years.

Pro Swing Movement Specialist in conjunction with Taylor Made Golf has opened a 500 s/f center concentrating on physical therapy and training with its specialty in all sports, especially golf.

Both tenants chose Two Overhill Rd. for reasons including its location near the train station, indoor valet garage, its HVAC hours, and the zoning which allows medical as of right.
