Goldflam, Ross and Weiss of Highcap Group broker $5.025 million sale

Larry Ross, Jeff Weiss and Josh Goldflam of Highcap Group arranged the $5.025 million off- market sale of 343 Sixth Ave. in Park Slope. This four-story, 11,500 s/f building with 95' of frontage consists of 7 three-bedroom apartments and one duplex. Located on the corner of 4th St. and 6th Ave., in one of the most desirable and affluent areas of the borough, this is the first sale in 10 years. Ross said, "This well located property situated on a charming tree-lined block is a gem and with its oversized apartments is poised for condo conversion." Weiss said, "Park Slope continues to ascend to new heights as a hot spot for the affluent New Yorker seeking old world charm, mixed with hip coffee shops, restaurants and boutique stores, not to mention this neighborhood is great place to raise kids, with one of the top public schools in N.Y.C." Highcap Group represented both buyer and seller.
