ABS Partners signed Timehop at 401 Broadway, doubling its presence at 401 Broadway in TriBeCa. Timehop is an app downloaded by 15 million users that sources memories from Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, signed a lease, The deal moves the tech company from the 17th floor of the building, where it occupied less than 2,000 s/f, to the 11th floor of the building, where it will have 4,142 s/f. Alan Friedman and Charles Conwell of ABS Partners Real Estate represented Timehop in the deal, while the landlord, 401 Broadway, LLC, was represented in-house.
