Nathan Blatter of Whitestone Realty Group, Inc. closed on a 24-unit apartment building located at 3038 Brighton 12th St. for $3.6 million. The sale price was 12 times the rent roll. The broker was Eli Yagouby from City prime Commercial Realty. According to Blatter, he purchased the building because it consists of all two-bedroom apartments with low average rent per unit, in addition to its great location near the train and great neighborhood.
