French, Traver, and Dalzell of Marcus & Millichap broker $18.25 million sale of Western Lights Shopping Center

Syracuse, NY Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of Western Lights Shopping Center, a 250,193 s/f retail property, according to John Horowitz, first VP/division manager of the firm’s Westchester office.

The asset sold for $18.25 million.

Joseph French Jr., Kodi Traver, and Thomas Dalzell, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Westchester office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The team also secured the buyer.

French said, “Due to our in-depth knowledge, perseverance, and aggressive marketing, we were able to far surpass our seller’s expectation by bringing this deal to a successful closing at the price that exceeded the market.”

Western Lights Shopping Center is located at 4713 Onondaga Blvd.  The site holds a tenant mix of Price Chopper, Valu Home Center, NYS DMV, Dollar Tree, Rainbow Shops, Mavis Discount Tire, Supercuts, and Subway.
