Fowlston appointed by MJ Peterson as director of affordable housing
Tamara Fowlston, MJ PetersonAmherst, NY MJ Peterson has recently hired a new employee at their corporate office. Tamara Fowlston was hired as director of affordable housing. Fowlston will be responsible for the oversight of eight affordable apartment communities consisting of nearly 1,500 rental units.
Fowlston has over 20 years of Affordable Housing management experience including the last 7 years as a district manager. In addition, she is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the NYS Bar Association. She obtained her JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
“Tammy’s vast experience makes her a valuable asset to our team,” said Victor L. Peterson, III, president of MJ Peterson. “Her knowledge and expertise will help take our company to the next level.”
MJ Peterson, founded in 1930, is a family-owned and operated full service real estate company with numerous rental properties, 300+ sales associates and employees, six residential offices, and one commercial office in the Buffalo-Niagara marketplace.
