Foster and Murphy of Summit Realty broker sale of former Met Life building; Represent the buyer, 125 Business Park Group Utica, LLC

Summit Realty Management, LLC has brokered the sale of the former Met Life building. The property, located at 125 Business Park Dr., was formerly occupied by Met Life three years ago. The building was built in 1990 and totals 80,000 s/f of class A office space. Marty Dowd and Peter Finn of CBRE Syracuse represented the seller. Jeffrey Foster and John Murphy of Summit represented the buyer, 125 Business Park Group Utica, LLC. In addition to the purchase of the 125 Business Park Dr. facility, Orbcomm will be the first tenant of the building. The company signed a 10-year lease totaling 13,700 s/f. Dowd and Dave Thomas of CBRE Syracuse represented Orbcomm. Foster and Murphy of Summit represented the owner.
