Ted Moudis Associates opens new South Florida office

Boca Raton, FL Ted Moudis Associates (TMA) has opened a new office, marking the firm’s official expansion into South Florida. Building on TMA’s existing work and relationships in the region, the new office establishes a local foothold and provides a foundation for continued work and growth in South Florida, enabling the firm to serve clients with its integrated workplace strategy, architecture and interior design expertise.

The expansion comes as South Florida continues to emerge as a major business hub, attracting new corporate headquarters, regional offices and companies expanding their presence across the market. Based in Boca Raton, TMA’s new office will serve organizations throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, allowing the firm to work more closely with existing clients while developing new relationships across South Florida’s growing business and real estate communities.

Leading TMA’s South Florida office is Jennifer Adams, associate and studio design principal, who recently returned to the firm. An accomplished workplace designer with extensive experience in the South Florida market, Adams brings a vast array of knowledge of the region’s business, real estate and design communities, as well as established relationships and a strong track record leading complex workplace projects for clients across industries. Drawing on this experience and expertise, Adams will lead TMA’s work throughout the region, partnering with both existing and new clients to help shape the continued evolution of the firm’s South Florida practice.
