Feinberg of Sutton Companies reps seller TRIAD Management in $1.25 million sale

Bart Feinberg of the Sutton Companies represented the seller TRIAD Management Group, LLC in the $1.25 million sale of the former National Biscuit Company. Joshua Podkaminer of Emhoff Associates represented the buyer 706 North Clinton, LLC. The $8.1 million project will transform an underutilized industrial building at 706 N. Clinton St. into offices for a financial services firm and medical office space.
