ERG Property Advisors closes 6 triple net Kindercare properties located throughout Indiana for $6.575 million

Indiana ERG Property Advisors arranged the sale of a portfolio of six triple net leased KinderCare properties located throughout Indiana. The properties are absolute triple-net (NNN) with zero landlord responsibility. Each location has a brand new 10-year lease with one five year option. KinderCare Learning Centers is owned and operated by the Portland, Oregon based Knowledge Learning Corporation (KLC); the nation's leading private provider of early childhood education and care. KinderCare provides educational programs for children from six weeks to 12 years old. Over 200,000 children are enrolled in more than 1,900 early childhood education community centers, 656 before-and-after school programs, and 123 employer-sponsored centers in 39 states and the District of Columbia. The properties sold for $6.575 million. Andrew Greenberg and Evan Street Exclusively handled the sale.
