ERG hires four new senior associates: Botway, Campbell, Karalesis and Freeman

ERG Property Advisors has hired four new senior associates, Clinton Botway, Shawn Campbell, Solon Karalesis, and Ryan Freeman. After graduating from Lehigh University with a double major in Economics and International Relations, Botway joined TPI as an investment sales associate. Campbell graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a bachelor's degree in International Studies. Prior to ERG, he was an analyst with Morgan Stanley. Karalesis' career in real estate began in 1998 when he joined 222 Properties where he was a marketing strategist for 10 years. He earned a N.Y. real estate license from the N.Y.U. School of Continuing Education. He later also earned a Property Management Certificate from the NYREI. Freeman graduated from Boston College's Wallace E. Carroll School of Management with a degree in Finance. Prior to ERG, he held a real estate license in California. He currently holds a real estate license in N.Y. ERG Property Advisors is a full-service commercial brokerage company based in New York City. Its core activities are investment sales, retail leasing, and strategic consulting. While focused on the broader New York City area as a company, ERG also offers specific market knowledge at the submarket level. Beyond core New York City properties, ERG has access to a vast network of NNN properties throughout the United States.
