Epstein of Winoker Realty leases 2,051 s/f

Howard Epstein, managing director at Winoker Realty Company, has negotiated a 2,051 s/f lease at 110 West 40th St. on behalf of Isabel Ardee, Inc. The lease, covering a portion of the 18th floor, carries a term of five years. Brett Maslin of Adams & Co represented the building owner. Epstein said Isabel Ardee had found the space appealing because of its centralized location and because the company was able to take immediate occupancy. 110 West 40th St. - known as the World's Tower Building - is a 26-story office building with terra cotta façades offering a total of 140,772 s/f of rentable space. Now in its fourth decade of business, Winoker Realty Company is a privately held, second-generation commercial real estate firm serving the diverse real estate needs of a highly prestigious list of tenants, owners, large corporations and growing businesses. Winoker Realty is a midsized independent management and leasing organization offering its clients an exceptional combination of service and capability.
