Located on Bloomingdale Rd., Waterstone of Westchester features 132 appointed residences and supportive services.

Amenities include a movie theater, fitness center, indoor pool, lobby bar, art studio and salon. Services include chauffeured car service, garage parking and on-site concierge. Gourmet cuisine, which is served in a variety of on-site dining venues, is prepared by professional chefs who use locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.

Residents also benefit with access to home care services through an on-site partnership with VNS Westchester that allows residents to receive the assistance they need to stay healthy and engaged.

“We are delighted to celebrate the grand opening of Waterstone of Westchester. We are very pleased with the response we’ve seen from the community with so many families interested in our residences,” said Joanna Cormac Burt, COO of Epoch Senior Living. “Our location in downtown White Plains, with its fabulous restaurants, shops and cultural activities all within walking distance, is a perfect fit for our new community."

Located across the street from Bloomingdale’s, Waterstone of Westchester is a short walk from stores and restaurants such as Whole Foods and The Cheesecake Factory. It is only two blocks away from The Westchester mall. It is also less than a mile from I-287 and less than two miles from the White Plains Metro-North Station.
