EPIC completes $1.6 million sale of 13 Marcus Garvey Boulevard

Brooklyn, NY EPIC Commercial Realty arranged the $1.6 million sale of a mixed-use building at 13 Marcus Garvey Blvd. in Bedford-Stuyvesant. This three-story building consists of four residential units as well as a one commercial store. “The investor saw significant value in the property due to the units being delivered vacant and the additional air rights available,” said Baruch Edelkopf, sales associate. The building is currently built at 3,750 s/f with an additional 3,750 s/f of air rights. Marcus Jecklin, sales associate at EPIC, represented the seller. CEO of EPIC, Yona Edelkopf, and sales associates, B. Edelkopf and Mike Rybinskov, represented the buyer.
