Innovation in Action:
Incorporating AI and new technology has made us much more efficient, particularly when it comes to analyzing data, tracking market activity, and understanding buyer behavior. Looking Ahead:
What excites me most is seeing how neighborhoods like Williamsburg and Greenpoint continue to evolve. In Greenpoint specifically, the investment in the waterfront, new parks, open space, and infrastructure reflects a more connected approach to how neighborhoods are planned and developed. I think these changes will create exciting opportunities for owners, investors, and the community, while shaping how people live, work and spend time in the neighborhood.
