Endeavor Real Estate Group brokers $3.8 million sale of flex building

Henrietta, NY Endeavor Real Estate Group has completed the successful representation of the buyer in the acquisition of 265 Thruway Park Drive, a high-quality flex building.

EMS Technologies paid $3.8 million for the 39,900 s/f building, originally built in 2001 on 5.8 acres for the national home security firm ADT.

“We were pleased to advise EMS in identifying and securing an adaptable flex property that not only offers efficient regional access for their growing business, but also aligns perfectly with their long-term operational and investment objectives,” said James Buckley, managing principal of Endeavor.

The deal highlights Endeavor’s continued track record in guiding clients through the acquisition of strategic flex and industrial assets across the region
