Endeavor Real Estate Group brokers $2.93 million sale of the Culver Road Apartments

Irondequoit, NY Endeavor Real Estate Group has completed the successful sale of the Culver Road Apartments, a 42-unit garden-style multifamily community. The property was acquired by a local investor with sizable multifamily holdings in the area. The seller, a Manhattan-based family office with a real estate investment focus, traded the asset for $2.93 million in a transaction exclusively brokered by Endeavor.

Originally constructed in 1980, the property consists of a mix of one and two-bedroom apartment units. At the time of sale, none of the units had undergone renovation, presenting the buyer with significant value-add potential. Situated near the border of Irondequoit and the City of Rochester, the property offers access to area expressways and benefits from steady rental demand in a well-established residential corridor.

"This transaction underscores the continued investor appetite for well-located multifamily assets with operational upside in the Greater Rochester market”, said James Buckley, managing principal of Endeavor Real Estate Group.
