Eastern Union to participate in RECon Las Vegas

Eastern Union Funding, one of the country’s largest private mortgage brokerage companies serving the national commercial real estate sector, is participating at RECon Las Vegas, a global convention for the shopping center industry, which anticipates attendance from real estate professionals around the globe. The meetings will take place at The Las Vegas Convention Center, commencing May 18 and ending May 20. Eastern Union Funding’s booth # is C172F. Eastern Union Funding will be a leading co-sponsor at two cocktail events during RECon. The New York / New Jersey Poolside Welcoming Reception, happening Sunday, May 18, at the Bellagio, will be co-sponsored along with CitrinCooperman, Investors Bank and Riverside Abstract. The Maryland Welcoming Reception, occurring Monday night, May 19, will take place at The Encore Beach Club. “We are extremely excited to participate in RECon, as we believe this event is truly the networking opportunity of the year,” said Ira Zlotowitz, president of Eastern Union. “We look forward to the cocktail events, as these receptions enable us to mingle with our most dynamic and talented colleagues.” Zlotowitz’s partner echoed the sentiment. “The response to both events was so strong that we had to close the guest list, due to over capacity,” said Abraham Bergman, Eastern Union’s co-founder and managing partner. “We are motivated by the feedback and have identified a larger venue for next year.” Additional sponsors for the Poolside Welcoming Reception on Sunday, May 18, include: Case, Shuckman Realty, Inc., Cpex Real Estate Services, Jaspan Schlesinger, LLP, Vcheck, Vcorp Services, Fink & Zelmanovitz, P.C., Customers Bank, Marcus & Millichap, Sills Cummins & Gross P.C.
