Inside Self Storage, the leading industry source for self-storage developers, is pleased to present an exclusive one-day conference on Tuesday, June 3 that will prepare developers and investors for success in the rapidly growing self-storage industry. The Developers Conference will be held at the Jacob Javits Center from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Registration is now open at http://www.insideselfstorage.com/conf for this conference and is $799 for a full day packed with industry insights. The Developers Conference will provide in-depth insight and education on project feasibility, financing, boat and RV storage, development climate, conversions, renovations and new construction. Each topic will be covered by experts like Rick Dodge, with more than 30 years of experience in the self-storage industry or Jim Ponti with Janus International who currently serves as the president of the Louisiana Self Storage Association. “As the self-storage industry continues to boom, we felt there was a true need in the marketplace to facilitate this type of education and discussion,” said Troy Bix, Vice President, Inside Self-Storage. Space is limited to 100 participants so early registration is encouraged. Additionally, Cushman & Wakefield Performance Reports will be available for purchase at the conference and include topics ranging from Market Conditions to Expense Reports, Metropolitan Statistical Area and Trade Area Snapshots. These reports are designed to add value and ongoing education for participants. “This conference is designed with success in-mind for every attendee. Each person will leave armed with the knowledge and skills to make an impact on the self-storage industry,” said Bix.
