Drakeford of Giscombe brokers 2,000 s/f lease to church in East Harlem
Holley Drakeford of Giscombe Realty Group, LLC brokered a 2,000 s/f, five-year lease with the Redeemed Christian Church of God Chapel of Restoration, Inc. at 181 East 111th St. in East Harlem. The landlord is 1791 Lex Associates and the landlord's management company is Janus Property Management.
