Bonett of Adams & Company reps tenant in 5,126 s/f lease

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC brokered a 10-year, 5,126 s/f lease at 192 Lexington Ave. for the offices of Shulsky Properties Inc., a building management firm. Alan Bonett of Adam's & Co. Real Estate represented the tenant while Bruce Weinberg of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord. "Shulsky Properties is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the commercial real estate market in New York, so working with the company to find a new space was both challenging and rewarding," said Bonett. "They are very please with the new office and I am positive they will find it to be the perfect space and location for continued success." Built in 1927, this 17-story, 124,630 s/f building features a renovated lobby, elevators and façade. Notable office tenants include Peeq Media, Inc., Popper, Seger & Popper, CPAs, Global Industries and Procure. Retail tenant includes Sleepy's.
