Dolgin and Gourianov of KDA broker 9,500 s/f lease

According to Neil Dolgin, executive VP of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA), Grant Dolgin and Dmitri Gourianov of KDA represented the owner in a lease for 9,500 s/f of office space at 36-40 37th St. to Catholic Charities Neighborhood Services, Allan Profeta of Premiere Properties represented the tenant. Catholic Charities and its affiliates seek to create a community of caring among staff in all programs in order to alleviate human misery and promote a social order which enhances human development. The new location features executive and support offices, a conference room and kitchen, and will be used for educational programs for adults. The lease represents a relocation from the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. The property is a three-story, 30,000 s/f office building with a brand new lobby and passenger elevator.
